Christine Luc: Product Manager

Resume

I have 5+ years of product management experience across a range of enterprise and consumer companies, with a knack for driving organizational change through oversight of innovative products and services from concept to implementation.

One of my specialties is advocating for human-centered design by speaking design to humans while still sounding like a human being. I weave organizational change narratives that resonate with people regardless of their place in the org chart or their experience with business jargon.

Throw me at a thorny problem in order to get clarity around an ambiguous area and rally an organization to pursue audacious goals. I can facilitate conversations among leaders, help people embrace change, coach teams, and generate real results for businesses.

Experience

Since 2019, I’ve been a product management consultant, coaching engineers, PMs, and directors on strategy and organizational challenges.

Testimonials

What really set Christine apart from her peers is that she genuinely cares about the long-term implications of her actions. When she undertakes a project, she does so in a manner that sets the project and her peers up for success.
— Drayton Brown, Product Management (eCommerce) at Magic Leap
My favorite part about working with Christine was her passion for design. She and I brainstormed/whiteboarded almost daily, debated business vs. user needs ad nauseam, evaluated designs through guerrilla research and cohosted a series of workshops to foster collaboration with stakeholders and the greater product team.
— Nisha Desai, UX Design Manager at Google
